2. Free Look / Cancellation Period

5. No Refund on Approved / Processed Services

Once a service request, documentation process, or policy-related assistance has been completed or substantially processed, no refund may be applicable for any associated service charges, unless required by law or specifically approved by Umang Insurance.

Any cancellation request or refund request related to an insurance policy is subject to the processing timelines of the respective insurer. Umang Insurance shall not be held responsible for delays caused by the insurance provider, banking channels, or incomplete documentation submitted by the customer.
